1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the ph11l Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or procedures published on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must not be prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities.

2.3 Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

2.4 Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. This may include but is not limited to valid government-issued identification, utility bills, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Registration

To access most features of the ph11l Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the ph11l Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate all deposits and balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activities.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to situations where we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, underage gambling, multiple accounts, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your ph11l account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other e-wallet services. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. We reserve the right to conduct source of funds verification and to request supporting documentation at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of all wagering requirements, identity verification procedures, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may take up to three (3) business days for bank transfers and up to twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallet withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Fees

ph11l does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals to GCash or Maya. However, your payment service provider may impose their own fees. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to processing fees as specified on the Platform at the time of withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph11l is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions that we suspect to be related to money laundering or other illegal activities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, ph11l may offer bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotional offers to Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published on the Platform or communicated via email at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotional winnings are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or winnings must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and deposits, as well as account closure.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Participation

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Rules

All Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while using the ph11l Platform. You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph11l Platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform
• Engaging in chip dumping or other forms of fraudulent play
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access source code
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or its security measures

6.3 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generators

All casino games on the ph11l Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at random and cannot be influenced by ph11l, Users, or any third party. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or winning pattern.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are accepted on the basis of the outcome of the event at the time the event concludes according to official sources. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, specific rules apply as stated in our Sports Betting Rules section available on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials appearing on the ph11l Platform are the property of ph11l or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph11l shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph11l is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform, whether caused by hardware, software, network, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall ph11l's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph11l, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ph11l Customer Support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

10.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that such dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

10.4 Jurisdiction

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any outstanding balances will be returned to you following completion of all pending transactions and subject to deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph11l regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
